T.A.Z.E. Table and Chair Rental Contract

This agreement is between ___________________________ (herein referred to as ‘renter’) and T.A.Z.E. Music Factory for the renting of ___ Tables at $6 each and ___ chairs at .50 cents each.

The Renter agrees to the following terms:

* The tables and chairs are rented and used at the renter’s risk. Troy Keegan, his family, or anyone affiliated with T.A.Z.E. Music is NOT responsible for injury incurred while renting or using the tables or chairs. The renter agrees to visually and manually inspect the tables and chairs before and after using them.

* The tables and chairs are rented for two days (48 hours). If the tables and chairs are not returned in 48 hours, a late fee of $15 (fifteen) is applied for the first day. A $5 (five) PER DAY is applied for the second day late and every day thereafter.

* A $50 deposit is required upon contract and refunded upon the return of the tables and chairs in good condition. A portion or all of the deposit is kept by T.A.Z.E. if the tables and chairs are found to not be in the same good condition as they were rented OR could be kept if the table/chairs are returned late.

* IMPORTANT: If the tables and chairs are returned late by this contracted renter, and it affects the scheduling of another party who has rented the same tables and chairs, the renter in this contract is considered negligent and is expected to pay any lost revenue. It is irrelevant whether the renter in this contract was aware of another party renting the tables and chairs on subsequent days.

* The tables and chairs are picked up by the renter at 815 W. Maple Street, Clyde. The tables and chairs can be delivered within 25 (Twenty-five) miles for an additional Fee of $50.00 (fifty dollars). The delivery fee includes travel, set up, and tear down time. Over 25 miles will be an extra .75 cents per mile in addition to the delivery fee. The delivery fee is non-refundable.

NOTE:   Late Fees, Additional Mileage Fees, or Damaged items will be figured after event and will be taken from Deposit.
